This is the most affordable way to customize a Jersey. Screening or heat-pressing vinyl patches offers a one dimension look to capture your team logo, player name and number.
Sublimated uniforms are manufactured by applying pressure and heat to permanently transfer ink to dye images into fabric. Sublimation won’t fade, crack or peel. This is a great option for teams on a strict budget with extensive graphic requirements and unlimited colors.
Applied to either a custom cut-and-sewn jersey, or applied to an in-stock NHL replica, Tackle-Twill is the process of applying the highest quality of nylon/polyester sewn on to the jersey in layers. Detailed graphics within the Tackle-Twill is called “Appliqué” and is captured by embroidering the materials being applied to the Jersey. This option is the highest quality in the market and offers the most durability.
